- Exchange request within 24 hours of delivery
- Unused product with original packaging and tags
- Exchange allowed for equal or higher value items
- Lower value difference credited for future use
No Exchange: Premium Imitation, 92.5 Silver & American Diamond items are final sale.
2. Return Policy
No cash refunds are provided. In special cases, 1 Gram Gold items may be replaced with a product of equal value.
3. Warranty & Guarantee
- No manufacturing guarantee on any category
- 1 Gram Gold includes 6-month limited warranty
- One complimentary polish within warranty period
